Our Sales Apprentice Program is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship to individuals eager to kickstart their careers in sales. This program offers :- Comprehensive training in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.- Opportunities to shadow experienced sales professionals and gain practical experience in a supportive environment.- Ongoing mentorship and guidance to help apprentices develop their skills and achieve their career goals.Stipend and Incentives :- Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of - 18,000 (including DBT) to support themthroughout the apprenticeship.- Additionally, there will be opportunities to earn incentives based on performance milestones and achievements, up to - 10,000.Education and Qualifications :- We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:- 12th Pass/Diploma or any equivalent course- Enthusiastic and willing to build a career in Sales- Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic sales environment- Proficient in at least one language (Telugu or Hindi) and able to understand all three languages (Telugu, Hindi, and English)- Only freshe (ref:updazz.com)
