Ensure the content strategy supports the e-commerce platform s goals, including traffic growth, user engagement, conversion, and retention.- SEO and Traffic Generation :Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Focus on optimizing website architecture, speed, mobile-friendliness, and other technical factors to improve search engine visibility.- Social Media Strategy :Develop and oversee a robust social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage the online community.- AI and Technology Integration : Stay at the forefront of AI and NLP advancements to continuously innovate and integrate the latest technologies into the e-commerce platform.- Analytics & Reporting :Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content strategies and provide regular reports on key metrics.- Project Management and Quality Control :Evaluate and implement project management tools to ensure projects meet quality standards and comply with technical specifications.- Team Management :Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse content team. Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the team.- Partner Management :Develop key alliances with large companies like Google, Meta, Adobe, and Twitter, and manage relationships with SEO content and social media tech partner agencies.Ideal CandidateEducational Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Master s degree preferred. Certifications in SEO, Content Creation, and Management are a plus.Work Experience:12-15 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Services/E-commerce companies.
