Job Description
Job Summary:- We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Relationship Manager to manage our premium customers.
-The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with our high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing their unique needs and concerns.Key Responsibilities :Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with premium customers.- Serve as the main point of contact for premium clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.Customer Service :- Provide personalized and high-quality service to premium customers.- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.- Ensure premium clients receive consistent and exceptional service.Sales & Business Development :- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell real estate and mortgage products to premium customers.- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain premium customers.Market Knowledge :- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.- Provide clients with market insights and advice based on current real estate and mortgage trends.Documentation & Compliance :- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented and comply with regulatory requirements.- Assist clients with the completion of necessary documentation and paperwork.Team Collaboration :- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to client management.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer relationship strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the real estate or mortgage industry.- Strong understanding of real estate and mortgage products and services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
