Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and nurturing high-quality leads for our sales team, conducting market research, and identifying potential business opportunities.The goal is to drive business growth by bringing in new clients and identifying untappedmarkets.Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential leads in target industries and geographies.- Generate leads using a variety of methods including online research, social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing.- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.- Qualify leads based on criteria set by the sales and marketing teams.- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our company s offerings.- Maintain and update CRM with accurate and timely information.- Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into clients.- Prepare reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and progress.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.Skills Required :- Strong research and data mining skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
