Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in the Architecture and Interior Design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and effective client management. This role requires strong negotiation skills, experience with CRM software, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Architecture and Interior Design industry.- Conduct lead generation, outreach, and follow-up to establish contact with prospective clients.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure and post-sale support.- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive business development activities.- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered as per expectations.Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role.- Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of the Architecture and Interior Design industry is a plus.
