Job Summary

• We are looking for a dedicated Admin cum& HR Executive to join our team.&
• The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, as well as support human resource functions to help maintain a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties: Manage office supplies and equipment maintenance. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance. Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and manage correspondence. Organize company records, maintain internal databases, and manage filing systems. Assist in event planning and organization for company functions. Human Resources Duties: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Maintain employee records (attendance, personal details, etc.) in HR systems. Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR-related matters. Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and maintain proper documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
