Required Account Executive - Mumbai

We are looking for an Account Executive to perform daily accounting functions. The responsibilities of an accounting executive include managing payments and reimbursements, recording financial transactions, creating and collecting invoices. Ultimately, you will help run our accounting department smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities and Duties: Billing and Invoicing liability management Bank reconciliation petty cash management Debit Note/Credit Note Import/Export Documents customer correspondence banking correspondence Foreign remittance and interest calculation Finalize accounts
Skills: Solid understanding of financial principles and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
