Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Ideation:- Develop integrated marketing strategy including Social media, SEO, ABM, email marketing, influencer marketing campaigns, aligned with client objective- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform decision-making.- Brainstorm creative ideas and solutions to address client needs.- Ensure that all ideation supports the client s goals and brand identity.Project/Account Management:- Oversee end-to-end project execution, from initiation through to completion.- Create project timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.- Review and approve presentations, reports, and creative assets for quality and accuracy.- Provide feedback and guidance to enhance team performance and deliverables.- Implement best practices and standards to maintain consistent project quality.- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagement.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with external stakeholders.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their needs and expectations effectively.- Align services with clients business objectives and regularly communicate updates and feedback.- Ensure client satisfaction, revenue growth, and client retention.
