Responsibilities :The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and have the ability to communicate with both technical managers (Plant Heads, Mechanical and Electrical HODs) as well as executives(CXOs), and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed sales targets.Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to :- New Business Development : Primary responsibility for regional sales targets- Competition Mapping : Get and stay up to speed on the offerings of Nanoprecise as well as the value proposition and competitive differentiation.- Sales Process Adherence : Adopting best practices, including:- HubSpot usage, lead and opportunity maintenance, reporting- Interface and collaborate with global colleagues on multinational opportunities- Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in all interactions with Prospects, including:- Product demonstrations;- Proposal preparation and quotes;- Timely responses and follow upRequired Qualifications :- Degree/Masters in Marketing/Sales- Preferably from Mechanical/Industrial Automation background- Overall, 7-10 years experience in new business development- Has worked with end users and closed a minimum annual sales target of INR 10cr.- Enterprise SaaS Sales experience- Aptitude for learning new technologies.
