He / She will report to the Business Head, with a dotted line reporting to the Founder. This role will own the following functions:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels. Build and maintain Gravton s identity as a leader in sustainable mobility.- Plan & execute impactful product launch campaigns for electric motorcycles and supporting technologies.- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and website management to drive traffic and lead conversion.- Collaborate with dealerships / business partners to co-create marketing initiatives, and drive vehicle sales.- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activity. Use insights to refine marketing strategies.- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to support sales efforts in both B2C and B2B segments.- Manage media relations, press releases, and event participation to promote Gravton Motors in key markets.Candidate Profile :- The successful candidate is expected to be a problem solving, result oriented, highly motivated individual.
