Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:1.Strategic Planning:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company s goals.- Identify new market opportunities and growth areas.2.Sales Management:- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.3.Marketing Management:- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.- Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.4.Collaboration:- Work closely with the product development team to ensure products meet market demands.- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication and strategy execution.5.Reporting and Analysis:- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, performance, and ROI.- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.6.Brand Management:- Enhance the company s brand presence and reputation in the market.- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
