This is a field-based role, where you will be responsible for expanding market reach, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales within the toy industry, preferably with experience at companies such as Lego, Mettl, or Simba.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Market Expansion:- Identify and target potential clients, including distributors and retailers within the toy industry.- Achieve sales targets by promoting products, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new and existing clients.- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and product visibility.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners.- Conduct regular client visits to understand needs, gather feedback, and provide solutions.- Manage and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.Field Operations and Reporting:- Conduct field visits, maintaining a regular presence in the assigned territory to meet clients and drive sales.- Track and report on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor movements.- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales metrics and market insights.Market Research and Trend Analysis:- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the toy industry.- Provide feedback to management on product performance, pricing, and market dynamics.Requirements:Experience : 3-4 years in toy distribution sales, ideally with field sales experience.Target Companies : Candidates with experience at Lego, Mettl, Simba, or similar companies are preferred.Skills:- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, with a proven ability to work independently in a field-based role.- Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.- Familiarity with regional markets and distribution networks within the toy industry.- Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory.
