Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence in the assigned region.- Drive branch expansion initiatives and ensure the establishment of new branches in alignment with organizational goals.- Promote innovative marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and sales performance.2. Sales and Business Development- Oversee the achievement of sales targets across the region, focusing on both individual and team performance.- Foster strong relationships with key customers, to promote product offerings and expand the customer base.- Monitor and ensure the successful implementation of regional customer acquisition and engagement strategies.3.
