Job Description
A Sales Development Representative is responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. Key Responsibilities:- Generate qualified leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
-Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
-Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
-Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
-Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Any stream- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Persistent, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
