Job Description:Eligibility Criteria:- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in chat support, preferably in customer service.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal, to ensure effective interaction with customers.- Qualification: Candidates should be graduates from any stream.- Shifts: The role involves 24/7 shifts, requiring flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
-5 days working and 2 rotational offsCompensation:- Salary: The maximum in-hand salary for this position is up to INR 27,000 per month, depending on experience, Last drawn ctc and qualifications.- MIV: A (MIV) of INR 2000 is offered, which may be based on performance.Additional Benefits:- Cab Facility: One-way cab facility is provided to employees for commute to the office.- Cab Allowance: A one-way cab allowance of INR 2000 is also given to employees to cover commuting costs.
