Executive - Telesales (2-6 Yrs) Chennai (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
-Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions - Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
-Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and manage the sales pipeline.
-Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
