Job Description
Responsibilities :- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and research.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts.- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.Qualifications :- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (X years preferred).- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
