Job Description
- Join Our Team as AM/DM (LEB)- Company : Leading Telecommunication/ISP Provider - Designation : AM/DM (LEB) - Location : Hyderabad - Working Days : Monday - Saturday (6 days a week) - Working Hours : 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Salary : Best as per the industry standards Qualifications :- Graduation/Post Graduation - Experience : 8 to 12 years in relevant roles - Minimum 5 years in B2B Sales - Languages Known : Telugu, Hindi, English - Industry Experience : Telecom/ISP/FMCG/Retail/Pharma Roles & Responsibilities :- Build strategic relationships with key decision makers in accounts, including middle and senior management, and CXOs.- Drive revenue enhancement in accounts through effective account management and retention of existing revenue.- Experience in solution selling and driving new product penetration in emerging markets.- Identify and tap new customers through engagements, driving incremental sales month on month.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams internally (Service Delivery, Billing, etc.) and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc.) to ensure business target achievements and meet customer expectations on service delivery.- Achieve business targets on order booking, revenues, collections, new account identification, and churn control.- Knowledge of telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security, and Managed Services is an advantage.Skills Required :- Very fluent in communication- Experience handling high-level stakeholders- Proficient in presentations- Strong MS Office skills- Expert in drafting emails- Skilled in reports and analysisIf you have a strong background in B2B sales and account management, along with the skills and experience outlined above, we encourage you to apply today!
