Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesperson to join our team in Wealth products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence in this sector.Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Management:- Identify and onboard new clients through lead generation and networking.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.Sales & Revenue Generation:- Promote and sell wealth products, including Mutual funds, Insurance (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Loan (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan), Bond, AIF and PMS.Product Knowledge:- Develop in-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services offered by the company.- Stay updated on market trends and product changes to provide accurate information to clients.Consultative Selling:- Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment options based on their financial goals.- Provide after-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience.Compliance: - Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements during sales processes.Market Insights:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new sales opportunities and market developments.- Provide feedback to internal teams on market dynamics and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in BMS or related field preferred.- Fresher or 01 year of sales experience.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and maintain long-term client relationships.
