Backed by leading global investors, they are currently in their scale-up stage and looking for dynamic individuals to join their growth journey.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented General Manager - Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in insurance broking (employee benefits products preferred), and thrives in a hunting and outbound prospecting environment. You should be adept at managing the entire sales pipeline, keeping CRM updated, and presenting to senior executives and CXOs.Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with prospective clients through outbound prospecting and cold calling.- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions using the company s value proposition.- Present the company s employee benefits solutions to senior executives, including Founders, CHROs, and CFOs.- Provide continuous feedback to the product team to improve offerings.- Independently manage and forecast your sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and reporting.- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality and sales outcomes.- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets consistently.- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and communication throughout the sales process.Skills and Qualifications :- Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience, preferably in the insurance broking industry (Employee Benefits products highly preferred).- Experience in hunting, outbound prospecting, and new client acquisition.- Proven ability to sell to senior executives, including Founders, CHROs, and CFOs.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.- Highly disciplined in maintaining CRM tools and tracking sales activities.- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.What We Offer- Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing insurtech startup backed by global investors.- Work in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment.- Competitive salary and incentives tied to performance.- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a challenging sales environment, is passionate about B2B solutions, and enjoys working with CXO-level clients.
