Job Description :About Us :We are a leading facility management company dedicated to providing services to our clients across various industries. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales CRM Executive to join our sales team. This role is crucial for developing leads, fixing meetings, and supporting our sales strategies nationwide.Key Responsibilities :1. Lead Management : - Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels.
-Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
-Follow up on leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.2. Meeting Coordination : - Schedule and organize meetings with prospective clients.
-Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients before and after meetings.
-Prepare necessary materials and presentations for client meetings.3. Client Relationship Management : - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
-Address client queries and provide solutions promptly.
-Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.4. Sales Support : - Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals.
-Provide support in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
-Monitor and report on sales activities5. Reporting : - Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and client meetings.
