    Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an Inside Domestic or International Sales Executive . The role involves day-to-day tasks related to national or international sales operations and will be responsible for making outbound & Inbound calls to potential customers, promoting credit card products, and providing information about the services.
    General ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
    Domestic Sales
    • Sales Generation:
      • Actively pursue new sales leads and convert them into business through calls, emails, and other forms of communication within the domestic market.
      • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospects for suitable product/service offerings.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing domestic customers.
      • Provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Sales Support:
      • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, sales proposals, and product presentations.
      • Manage administrative tasks like order processing, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

    International Sales
    • Market Expansion:
      • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets in international regions.
      • Develop sales strategies to target new international customers, keeping in mind the unique needs and cultural preferences of each market.
    • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
      • Build relationships with international clients through emails, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings or travel.
      • Manage the entire international sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
      • Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and terms, while adhering to global market standards and regulations.
    • Sales Coordination:
      • Work closely with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to fulfill international orders and ensure successful product delivery.

    • Eligibility Criteria
    • Candidate should be comfortable speaking in English
    • Candidate should be ok with working into Sales
