Sales Manager:(Cyber security industry)Responsibility:- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth in alignment with company objectives. Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.- Sales Target Management:Set clear sales targets for your team and hold them accountable for meeting or exceeding quotas. Track and analyze sales performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects. Act as the point of contact for high-profile accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term business relationships.- Reporting & Analytics:Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management on team performance, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
