Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining property offerings, and setting up meetings or site visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.
-Introduce and explain real estate projects and property listings.
-Answer queries related to properties, location, pricing, and availability.
-Schedule appointments and property visits with interested clients.
-Maintain a detailed database of client interactions and follow-ups.
-Build strong relationships to increase chances of closing sales.
-Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client engagement.
-Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails.
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
-Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in real estate).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and property market.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
-Ability to work independently and handle rejections professionally.
-Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
