Job Title: Key Account ManagerJob Description:We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager(B2B) with over 2 years of relevant experience to join our Startup client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to drive satisfaction and retention.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions.- Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights for improvement.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role.- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.Compensation:- Salary: 50,000 per month- Incentive-based performance rewards- 3,000 monthly conveyance allowanceWe offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and success.Kindly share your CV if interested to WA - 9538850406 (ref:updazz.com)
