Marketing Executive - Software Product

About the Role:& We are seeking a proactive and passionate Marketing Executive to drive the promotion and expansion of our flagship product, Medica Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, outreach, and market insights to build a strong pipeline.
  
• Software Demonstration: Conduct detailed and engaging product demo of Medica Software to showcase its features and benefits to potential customers.
  
• Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospects after demonstrations to address queries and build trust.
  
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers by understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to client.
  
• Performance Tracking: Track follow-up activities and conversions, providing insights to improve sales and demo strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing software products or IT solutions.
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, especially within the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
