Position: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore (WFO)
Number of Openings: 22
Salary Structure:
Experienced Candidates
40,000 50,000 per month
Freshers: 25,000 per month
Experience Criteria:
For Experienced Candidates: 2 years in Real Estate or any hardcore sales in any domain.
For Freshers: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Additional Notes:
Gender: Male/Female
For Male Candidates: Having a bike is mandatory; fuel reimbursement up to 6,000 per month.
Candidates with Real Estate Sales backgrounds will be prioritized.
Job Responsibilities:
Call clients to convince them for site visits.
Manage sourcing and closing activities.
Activate channel partners and developers for projects.
Organize, plan, and implement project-specific sales.
Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers for deal closure.
Maintain property databases for the area.
Build cordial relationships with builders, prospective buyers, and channel partners.
Address client needs using the available property database.
