Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Insurance and Mutual Funds Telecaller to generate leads and convert potential customers over the phone. This role involves providing detailed information about financial products, addressing customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance and mutual fund products.
Explain the benefits and features of financial products clearly and persuasively.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and financial goals.
Schedule follow-ups for in-depth discussions with sales representatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build rapport with potential clients and maintain positive interactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge and Compliance:
Stay informed about product offerings, updates, and market trends.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance and client feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of insurance and mutual funds.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or business is an advantage.
