Job Description:The Bancassurance Officer works with bank branches to sell insurance products by building relationships with staff, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities:- Sell insurance products through the bank s network and achieve sales targets.
-Identify potential customers using the bank s database.
-Build strong relationships with bank staff and management.
-Train, motivate, and support bank employees to generate leads and close sales.
-Recommend suitable insurance products and provide excellent customer service.
-Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions. Qualification & Experience: - A graduate degree is required.
-At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
-3 Year residential or Native.
-Basic understanding of insurance and banking operations.
