Job Description
1. Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and goal attainment.2. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture and grow market share.
-Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.3. Customer Relationship Management: - Build strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
-Oversee the lead qualification process to ensure efficient sales conversions.4. Operational Excellence: - Establish and refine sales processes, tools, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.5. Reporting and Analytics: - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
-Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and identify growth opportunities.Qualifications and Skills: - Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
-Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
-Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for analyzing data and using it to drive decisions.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
-Domain Knowledge: Experience in the EdTech industry is highly preferred.
