Executive - Sales - FMCG (0-1 Yrs) Ghaziabad (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

- Candidates freshers holding diploma in Food Technology are welcome for Sales Freshers for the sale of Dry Food products like Namkeen, Biscuits, Confectioneries, Chocolates and Raw materials.

-Salary would be between 15k to 18k.- We need candidates for Vasundhara, Kavi Nagar, Raj Nagar, Nandgram, Sihani, Shaid Nagar, Vijay Nagar locations.
-Tracking performance and sales targets of all field sale staff including SO, ASM, RSM through Bizom and making regular calls to distributors.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the backend sales team.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams and regularly monitor and report on their performance.- Managing entire customer life cycle, by managing all task from customer onboarding, order booking, billing, to dispatch and continuous customer service.
