Address matters pertaining to employee relations, such as disciplinary measures and dismissals. Skills: strong knowledge of HR regulations, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related concepts and procedures. Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including effective written and verbal communication, attentive listening, and the ability to resolve conflicts.
