Designation For : Team Lead - Business DevelopmentJob Types : Full-time, Permanent (On-site) Location : Bangalore, HSR Layout, Sector 4Key Responsibilities :- Team Management, Supervising and guiding the sales team.- Assigning tasks, setting goals, and ensuring the team s productivity.- Providing mentoring and coaching to team members.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful revenue of payroll solutions for clients.- Managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sustained revenue growth.- Lead negotiations and contract development for partnership agreements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities.- Create persuasive business cases to pitch partnership opportunities to senior management.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.- Develop effective sales strategies to support partnership implementation and revenue generation.- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement in partnership activities.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored campaigns to support partnership initiatives.- Prepare and present regular reports on business development and partnership activities to senior management.Required Qualifications :- MBA/Btech/Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.- Proven track record of success in business development within the HRMS/FinTech/B2B industry.- Strong understanding of B2B products, services, and industry regulations.- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements.- Complete sales cycle management from lead generation to closure- Conduct demos and knowledge sharing to onboard new clients- On-board the client company and its employees on Kredily- Follow up with potential customers by providing product usability- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers- Collaborate with the support and product team to improve the product experience.Skills : Negotiation, Fintech, Strategy, Partnerships, Communication, Networking, Analytics, Business Development (ref:updazz.com)
