Senior Manager - Growth Marketing (5-8 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Digital Marketing)

The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Co s brands. This role will focus on optimizing the marketing funnel, leveraging data-driven insights, and leading strategic initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities:1.Strategy Development:- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.- Identify new growth opportunities and channels to drive user acquisition and retention.2.Campaign Management:- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns on digital and CRM channels- Oversee the creation and management of marketing content and assets.3.Data Analysis and Optimization:- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights for targeted marketing strategies.4.Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.5.Budget Management:- Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.- Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary.Qualifications:- Degree from a tier 1 institute preferably IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB- In depth experience of using engagement/automation tools such as Clevertap / Moengage / Webengage etc.Required Skills : Budget Management,Strategy development, Campaign Management,Data Analysis and Optimization,Collaboration (ref:updazz.com)
