Job Description
Job description :- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.- Identify and target potential customers and generate leads.- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate and close deals.- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.Candidate Profile :- Bachelor/Post graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven track record of sales and marketing success in a similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM soft.Working Location : Sanjaynagar, BangaloreWorking Days : Mon-Fri (ref:updazz.com)
