Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our products/services, and setting up appointments. This role requires a proactive approach, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and sales.- Communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada.- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales or appointments.- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and customer information.- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help refine strategies.Qualifications and Skills:- Proficiency in Tamil, English, Hindi, and either Malayalam or Kannada is mandatory.- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar role.- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during high-pressure situations.- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.Preferred Attributes:- Experience in the Sales&Marketing industry.- Prior experience in a customer-facing role.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- A friendly and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.
