Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities- Make sure the vital company and contact data is verified and registered in the CRM- Qualify the companies during the initial contact (size, in-house HR team, growth plans, projects etc.)- Respond to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods- Pass qualified leads over to the sales team- Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitored- Enter prospects into automated marketing culturing campaigns- Provide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports- Ability to think in processes, creating part of the sales-flow- Previous sales or marketing experienceQUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES- Previous sales or marketing experience- Experience in similar demand generation role (1 year minimum)- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce is a plus)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong attitude for learning- Ability to pitch complex products and solutions is a plus- Ability to work independently, as well as a team player- Motivated, solution-minded, self-starter- Ability to think in processes, creating part of the sales-flow (ref:updazz.com)
