Regional Sales Manager - School Funding Finance (5-15 Yrs) Delhi/Kolkata (BFSI Sales)

1. Develop & drive the business operational plan and strategy through AOP & LRP for aggressive growth in the School funding finance business.2. Create working plan for volume scale up with profitability for meeting defined targets.3. Conduct trend analysis, benchmarking competitors, identify best practices with success & failure metrics.4. Seek inputs from across various functions for ideas on transactional & transformational changes and check feasibility & alignment to create future road maps.5. Demonstrate sound knowledge of systems, processes, and business and financial modelling.6. Develop and enhance channel sales & support functions - DSA/Connectors/Direct Business/ Contact Centres.8. Preparing a detailed input for P&L and budgets. Business, branch & employee level profitability.9. Closely associate with all support groups.10. Operation To seek support in driving branch business & processes.- Participate in recruitment process to identify the right talent for various positions within the business- Establish team performance metrics and expectations and regularly review performance- Identify training needs provide skill based training to enhance capabilities of team14. Managing various business & productivity metrices.Preferred Skills :- 8 or more years in sales , with experience in leadership roles.- Understanding/knowledge of governance practices, internal control systems & ability to monitor incentive activities/programs.- Extensive awareness of competitor strategies and product development.
