Field Sales Executive

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive based in Mumbai. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our products/services to potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager or company.
• Customer Acquisition: Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned geographical area or market segment.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospects, providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products/services, and effectively communicate features, benefits, and value to customers.
• Market Research: Continuously analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to convert leads into sales..
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective implementation of sales campaigns.
• Promotional Activities: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, or networking opportunities to promote the business and increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
• Sales and Sales Management abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior
• Experience in the QR code industry is a plus
• Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
