Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Analysis:

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer needs.
Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to improve designs.
Stay updated with UI/UX trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping:

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Develop user flows and journey maps to ensure a smooth navigation experience.
Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for design and prototyping.

3. UI Design & Visual Aesthetics:

Design aesthetically pleasing and functional user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
Work on typography, color schemes, iconography, and responsive layouts.
Ensure consistency in UI elements across different devices and platforms.

4. Collaboration with Developers & Stakeholders:

Work closely with developers to implement UI designs efficiently.
Communicate design ideas and specifications effectively to cross-functional teams.
Provide design documentation and style guides for seamless development.

5. Usability Testing & Improvement:

Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to improve user experience.
Identify and troubleshoot UX-related issues in existing products.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and business requirements.
