Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Telecalling Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in telesales, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:&
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
Explain product details and benefits persuasively.
Convert leads into sales and meet assigned targets.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Work in a fast-paced environment to achieve high performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telesales experience (B2C background preferred).
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Additional language proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Gujarati, or Bengali is a plus.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor s degree in any field.
- 6 months of experience in outbound sales or telecalling (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages .
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills .
- Ability to handle rejections and work in a target-driven environment .
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office is a plus.
