Back End Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a Back End Executive to assist in handling client communication, data entry, and administrative support for our visa consulting services. The role involves calling clients, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth documentation processing . The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have good communication and computer skills .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Communication & Coordination:

• Call and follow up with clients regarding visa application processes .
• Assist clients with basic inquiries and appointment scheduling .
• Coordinate with internal teams and embassies for visa processing updates .

2. Data Entry & Documentation:

• Enter and maintain accurate client records in company databases.
• Manage visa applications, supporting documents, and filing systems .
• Ensure all documents are properly verified and formatted as per requirements .

3. Administrative & Office Support:

• Handle email correspondence and official documentation .
• Prepare reports and updates for management on application status.
• Support the team in organizing meetings and maintaining office records .

4. Compliance & Process Management:

• Ensure all visa applications meet regulatory and legal compliance .
• Maintain confidentiality of client documents and personal information .
• Assist in updating visa policies and procedural changes as required.
