Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-ground marketing activities, such as promotional events, product demonstrations, and direct customer interactions.
Distribute marketing materials and educate customers about our products/services.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, retailers, and business partners.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help refine marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase conversions.
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Track and report campaign performance, including footfall, customer engagement, and feedback.
Assist in planning and executing localized marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0-1 year of experience in field marketing, sales, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel and engage with customers in various locations.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies is a plus.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
