Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities .
   • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals .
   • Conduct sales meetings, product demos, and presentations .
   • Close deals efficiently to meet and exceed sales targets .
2. Client Relationship Management
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients .
   • Provide excellent post-sales service and follow-ups .
   • Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction .
3. Sales Strategy & Market Analysis
   • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue .
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine approaches.
   • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling .
4. Negotiation & Deal Closing
   • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability .
   • Handle objections professionally and finalize agreements with clients .
   • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution .
5. Team Collaboration & Mentorship
   • Support and guide junior sales executives in achieving their targets.
   • Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams .
   • Contribute to sales training and development programs .
6. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
   • Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and customer data .
   • Track sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends .
   • Provide insights to improve sales processes and strategies .
