Job Title: Jr. Sales ExecutiveCompany: ROBU.IN (Macfos Ltd.)Location: PuneJob Summary:Skep IT Systems is spearheading recruitment for ROBU.IN. We are seeking a dynamic Jr. Sales Executive to join our high-performance team at ROBU.IN. This role is ideal for individuals with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in the electronics products and components sector. The candidate will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving targets.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.- Customer Management: Add new customers, retain existing ones, and build strong relationships.- Product Recommendations: Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable electronic products, equipment, and services.- Sales Negotiations: Negotiate terms of sales and services with customers/clients.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer profiles and sales transactions.- Technical Consultation: Provide technical details of electronic products and components to customers.- General Responsibilities: Handle any other sales-related tasks as required.Qualifications & Skills:- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate, Diploma, B.E./B.Tech (preferably in Electronics, Electrical, or Electronics & Telecommunication).- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Sales/Electronics Sales (familiarity with electronic products and components such as batteries, electronic boards, etc. is essential).- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.- Sales Skills: Strong convincing skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to handle technical sales discussions.- Knowledge of Electronics: Familiarity with the technical aspects of electronic products and components is a must.Compensation & Benefits:- Fixed Salary Sales Incentives: Performance-based incentives ranging from Rs. 10,000 per month, with the potential to earn Rs. 1,20,000 annually.- Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Saturday-Sunday off), flexible working hours.- Additional Benefits: Health insurance, career growth opportunities.- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days- Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
