Build with a larger mission to help B2B startups scale and spread the impact to the long tail of founders. The strategy is to engage deeply with the B2B community and create a strong knowledge base, network and expertise around the B2B tech landscape.- GTMDialogues started as a small community with its activities at Pune and after establishing itself as the largest SaaS community at Pune, it has now started expanding activities in cities including Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai. The community today has outreach to 20,000 SaaS focused audiences.- As a part of its scale up platform, it has started two practices in house. One of the practices is Investment Banking practice wherein the practice will be focused on helping early stage B2B startups raise their first cheque through investors. The 2nd practice that we have recently started is Inbound Marketing practice wherein the practice will be focused on setting up an inbound demand generation engine for early stage founders.To know more refer to these Description :GTMDialogues is looking to onboard a Community Manager (Full-time). The role of the community manager includes:1) Drive execution of various events including breakfast meets, sessions, workshops and webinars of the community including all pre, during and post event activities and ensure that high quality event experience. 3) Engagement with LinkedIn community to help identify speakers and hosts for future meetups. Speakers could be from India or outside India.3) Manage, engage and administrate all digital footprints of the community including LinkedIn, Substack, Website, WhatsApp groups.4) Actively engage with community members and support them with their queries and guide them in right direction.Expected skills : 1) The individual should be very strong in community building efforts and more importantly enjoy doing so. 2) The individual should have strong content creation and curation skills. Should be hand-on or eager to learn digital marketing and content creation tools.3) The individual should enjoy networking and should be excited about helping community members.4) The individual should be high on organizational skills, attention to details and process oriented.
