BPO Executive- Domestic/International Process

Position Overview:

We are looking for BPO Executive- Domestic/International Process & to handle customer interactions via phone, email, or chat . The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service experience . This role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth service experience .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction & Support:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chat support .
• Address customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally .
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.

2. Process Adherence & Documentation:

• Maintain records of interactions and follow company protocols .
• Update customer data in CRM systems .
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance policies .

3. Problem Resolution & Escalation:

• Identify customer issues and provide quick resolutions .
• Escalate complex problems to team leads or higher management when necessary.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction .

4. Sales & Upselling (If Applicable):

• Promote and upsell company products or services as needed.
• Meet sales targets and performance metrics .
