Position Overview:
We are looking for a Trainee Talent Acquisition Executive to assist in the recruitment and hiring process. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about HR and eager to learn talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation . The trainee will work closely with the HR team to support hiring efforts, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. & & & & & Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.
& & & & & Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
& & & & & Maintain and update candidate databases.
& & & & & Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
& & & & & Prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules.
& & & & & Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
& & & & & Collect feedback and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.
& & & & & Maintain employee records and documentation.
& & & & & Assist in managing HR databases and reports.
& & & & & Help identify training needs and organize training sessions.
& & & & & Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
& & & & & Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
& & & & & Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions . Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) . Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
