Manager - Search Engine Optimization (2-5 Yrs) Pune (Online/Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities :- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends.- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building, guest posting, and influencer outreach.- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing efforts.- Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, site speed, and mobile optimization.- Track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.- Perform comprehensive SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance.- Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role in a digital marketing environment.- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, As, Moz).- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
