Required Centre Head - Bangalore

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Centre Head to manage the overall operations of a training institute, educational center, wellness center, or business unit . The Centre Head will be responsible for business growth, team management, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence . Should have done IATA Foundation, certification is Must . 1.This role is critical to the institute 's success and requires someone with a combination of strategic vision, operational expertise, and industry insight. Ensure the delivery of IATA Foundation, Air Cargo -Introductory and Ticketing ,certified courses meets global standards. 2.Monitor curriculum updates, student performance, and feedback for continuous improvement. Develop strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. 3.Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders, including airlines, travel agencies, and other organizations. 4.Identify new opportunities for courses and partnerships to enhance offerings. Organize events such as seminars, workshops, and industry meet-ups to attract prospective students.
